Terms and Conditions of Service

The services ("services") available to you at www.planetminibox.com and all linked pages ("site") are owned by CHJunction Web Services CC as Planet MiniBox ("Planet MiniBox"), and are used by you ("user") under the terms described below ("Terms and Conditions of Service")

"User" includes all third-party users, using the services and information supplied by Planet MiniBox via the user's website. You thus take responsibility for the actions of the third-party visitors to your website who make use of the services offered by Planet MiniBox. Refer to the 'Indemnity' section hereof.

Planet MiniBox may also limit the user's access to any of the services without notice or liability.

Content Submitted
By submitting, disclosing or distributing any information in any format to the site, the user warrants that he or she owns all rights on the information, unless the user has the right to submit the information if he or she cites its source. Planet MiniBox reserves the right to remove or edit the information at any time for any reason without prior notice. Planet MiniBox is not obliged to do so, except when required by law.

The user agrees to take full responsibility for all the information submitted, disclosed or distributed to Planet MiniBox. The user agrees that the service may not be used to submit content to our servers that is deemed illegal, obscene, pornographic, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise violates any right of a third party, or any law.

The service may also not be used by the user in conjunction with a website that violates any U.S. state or federal laws, including, but not limited to, sites violating laws related to obscenity, pornography and infringing, defamatory or abusive content.

Acceptable Use Policy
The user may not, whether on purpose or negligently, damage or attack the server or computer network or any part thereof that supports Planet MiniBox. Notwithstanding criminal prosecution, any user who causes Planet MiniBox such damage shall, without limitation, indemnify and hold Planet MiniBox harmless to all damages, liability and losses suffered by Planet MiniBox as a result of the damage.

The user may not develop, use or distribute any device or program to breach or overcome any of the security measures used by Planet MiniBox and Planet MiniBox reserves the right to claim damages and losses from all persons concerned with such a breach.

The user may not exhaust the servers or computer network used by Planet MiniBox and Planet MiniBox reserves the right to claim damages and losses from all persons concerned with such excessive usage.

Privacy Policy
Planet MiniBox will take responsible steps to ensure the protection of the personal information of its users, and for the purposes of this clause, the information collected is outlined in the Privacy Policy

Termination
Planet MiniBox may suspend or terminate any or all services rendered to the user immediately, without notice or liability, if the user breaches any part of the Terms and Conditions of Service, or for any other reason. The user's right to use the services will immediately cease.

Indemnity
The user will hold harmless and indemnify Planet MiniBox, CHJunction Web Services CC, its employees and their family members, affiliates, customers and subsidiaries, from any liability, cost (including legal cost) and damage from any demand or claim made by any third party arising from or due to the user's use of and access to the site and services, violation of the Terms and Conditions of Service by the user, or any infringement made by the user of the rights or intellectual property of another entity or person.

Warranty Disclaimer
The user agrees to the fact that Planet MiniBox has no control over the availability of the service to the user or the effect of the use of its services and information on the user. Planet MiniBox makes no representations concerning content on the site, or availability of the service, and will not be held responsible for accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or inavailability of the content or services.

Planet MiniBox does not gaurantee that all the information and content provided on the site are entirely accurate, true or free from errors and omissions.

The content, services, and site are provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, availability, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Planet MiniBox or CHJunction Web Services CC, its employees and their family members, affiliates, customers or subsidiaries, be held liable with respect to its site, content and services, for any type of loss or damage, including special, consequential, indirect, incidental or punitive damages, of any kind
