Our aim is to keep Planet MiniBox at the top of its class: as the most powerful and flexible classic shoutbox out there.
We aim to achieve this not only on a technical level (with the various advanced features on offer that other shoutboxes can't keep up with), but also in the way you use
the shoutbox as a social tool to connect people on your site.

The Planet MiniBox developers started experimenting with shoutboxes since 2003, and refined the prototype on a number of community sites over the course of 3 years, resulting in the perfect shoutbox not only from a technical point of view, but also based on practical use in this time period. The idea to offer these boxes as a service originated in 2004, and the development of the site offering this service started on the sideline, but a complete redesign followed in 2005 - 2006, and it was only published for the first time in 2006. |
